At the deadline you get the complete list — every participant, size, and payment confirmed. Make the full run and ship one bulk parcel to the organizer.

What if someone pays, then cancels or gets refunded?
The roster keeps them visible, clearly marked, and they're no longer counted toward your minimum. You always know exactly where the order stands — no silent gaps between what you produce and who actually paid.
What if the group doesn't reach the minimum by the deadline?
You can extend the deadline and let it keep filling. If you'd rather close and refund, everyone who paid is easy to find on the roster — it's one list, not twenty orders to dig through.
Do participants need to create accounts or install anything?
No. They follow your link and check out on your store exactly like a normal purchase. The only difference is what the page tells them up front: their item ships in bulk to the organizer.
How does shipping work out cheaper?
Instead of twenty individual shipments, the entire order ships as one bulk parcel to a single address — the organizer's. GroupOrder also makes sure group items are only ever charged the right shipping for that one parcel, never per-person rates.
Who handles fulfillment?
The merchant produces the full run and ships one bulk parcel to the organizer; participants never get individual shipments.
